Information about roles and clients is confidential. You agree not to disclose this information to third parties without our consent.

4. Client Terms

4.1 Engagement

Client terms are governed by separate engagement agreements. These Terms apply to website use and general interactions.

4.2 Candidate Information

Client access to candidate information is provided for recruitment purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use candidate information for other purposes
  • Share candidate information with third parties without consent
  • Contact candidates directly for roles not covered by our engagement

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Warner Recruitment Partners or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you provide (resumes, documents). By uploading content, you grant us a licence to use it for providing our services.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Document Upload

7.1 Acceptable Documents

You may upload documents including:
